I’m Vanessa Picone, the founder of Wheels of Life, where I guide individuals through spiritual transformation using practical, holistic healing and sacred space design.

For over a decade, I’ve been immersed in the spiritual wellness space as a Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Spiritual Wellness Practitioner. I specialize in Chakra Healing, Somatic Exercise, Intuitive Breathwork, Meditation, and Past Life Regression, offering a heart-centered approach that blends ancient wisdom with modern tools to support healing on all levels—mind, body, and soul.

My mission is to help you navigate life’s transitions, release energetic blockages, and reconnect with your highest self. Whether you're seeking emotional healing, deeper clarity, or a sense of energetic alignment, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Before stepping fully into this work, I spent over 15 years in the design and construction industry in New York City, helping bring residential and commercial spaces to life. With a degree in Interior Design and hands-on experience in building and renovation, I witnessed firsthand how deeply our physical environments impact our energy, emotions, and sense of wellbeing.

That’s why my work now bridges both worlds: spiritual healing and intentional design. Wheels of Life is a space where these come together—helping you not only heal your inner world, but also create outer environments that reflect and support your soul’s evolution.
